Cadets

The Cadets Class is run as a Key Stage 2 activity (for ages 7-11) and provides an excellent level from the After School Guard developing their skills in the world of performing arts. Our non competitive season runs for from May until Sept each year, which includes Fri practice. Practice times are 4.15pm to 5.30pm at Meadowbrook Primary School. Our competition season runs from Oct until Apr each year, which includes Fri as above and Sat practice at Almondsbury Social Club at 10-12 noon. This is currently closed to new members, but new members are welcome to apply from April 2012, but due to popular demand their may be a waiting list so don't disappoint your selves and apply soon.

2012 Competition - This year follow the SWA Cadets as the explore the exciting surroundings that the summer brings to any garden, from the full green trees & blooming flowers to the buzzing of the bees in the bright blue sky. Watch as they take you on a journey through their favourite season 'SUMMER', using the music entitled 'summer song' by Leddra Chapman.

Juniors

The Juniors Class is run for ages 12-16 and provides an excellent level from the Cadets developing their skills in the world of performing arts. Our non competitive Junior season runs from May until end of Sept each year, which includes Wed practice. Practice times are 7-8.30pm at Meadowbrook Primary School. Our competition season runs from Oct until Apr each year, which includes Wed as above and Sat practice at Downend Sports Centre at 1-3.30pm. This is currently closed to new members, but new members are welcome to apply from April 2012, but due to popular demand their may be a waiting list so don't disappoint your selves and apply soon.

2012 Competition - This year sees SWA take the jump into Junior Class with their fun and upbeat show entitled `Hello’. This year’s show represents the fun and excitement of greeting new people and seeing old faces which is something that the juniors have experienced over the last few months. So sit back and enjoy as SWA Juniors just come to say `HELLO’.
